Wine Advocate-Parker :
The 2015 St Veran is matured entirely stainless steel, the vines located in the northerly sector of the appellation (Davayé and Les Crays, both vinified separately with malolactic fermentation in tank). It undergoes a ten-month élevage. It offers attractive scents of brioche and white chocolate that complement the citrus fruit. The palate is well balanced, with a touch of blackcurrant on the entry, and there's a crisp line of acidity, quite taut and linear. Toward the finish, there is citrus lemon, lime and a touch of salinity deriving from the Oxfordian chalky soils.
