Partially destemmed, it reveals some herbal-stemmy notes on the nose, hints of green coffee beans and plenty of cassis, raspberry and blackberry fruit. Medium to full-bodied, it's ripe and round, silky in texture and long on the finish. Tasted twice (once blind), with consistent results.
