Lo Château Peyrabon si estende su 45 ettari appartenenti alla denominazione Haut-Médoc. L'assemblaggio è composto prevalentemente da Cabernet Sauvignon (60%) ma anche da Merlot (35%), da Cabernet Franc (3%) e da Petit Verdot (2%). In questa annata, sono i vitigni tardivi che hanno beneficiato dei vantaggi della fine della stagione viticola. Come conseguenza, alla bocca, il vino Château Peyrabon 2014 risulta fresco, squisito e delicato (soave). Il naso offre un bel fruttato (frutti neri). L'attacco è abbastanza dinamico con tannini eleganti e teneri. Il risultato è un vino fresco, ben elaborato!Parker : 89 / 100
